Payments are securely processed through Stripe on our website.

LS Performance does not store your full payment card information.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party AI Services

Some features of the App are powered by third-party AI services (large language model and AI vision providers). When you use these features, the following data may be sent to these providers for processing:

• AI Food Photo Analysis: food photos and any meal descriptions you enter, used to identify food items and estimate calories and macronutrients.
• AI Coach: your profile information (age, sex, height, weight, goals, activity level, experience, injuries or limitations), daily logs, weekly check-ins, workout history, food entries, and the messages you send in conversation, used to generate coaching responses.
• AI Form Checks: video frames extracted from exercise videos you upload, and the selected exercise name, used to analyse form, tempo, and effort.
• AI Workout Builder: your goals, experience level, and gym access, used to generate personalised workout programs.
• Progress Predictions: your weight logs and check-in data, used to forecast your progress trajectory.

Data sent to these AI providers is used solely to generate the requested response or analysis. Our AI service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations that provide equal or equivalent protection to our own. We do not sell your personal information to any party.

You will be asked for your permission before any personal data is shared with a third-party AI service. You can decline consent and continue using the non-AI features of the App. If you wish to withdraw consent after granting it, please contact us at the email below.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Rights

Where applicable under law, you may request to:

9. Device Permissions

To deliver core coaching features, LS Performance requests access to the following device capabilities on your mobile device. Each permission is requested only when you use the feature that needs it, and you may decline any permission without losing access to the rest of the App.

Camera

LS Performance uses the device camera to:

• Capture progress photos (front, side, and back) so your coach can track changes in your body composition over time
• Photograph meals so nutritional information can be estimated and logged
• Scan food and supplement barcodes to quickly log nutrition entries

Photo Library

LS Performance accesses your photo library only when you choose to upload an existing photo, so you can select and share previously taken progress photos or meal images with your coach.

Microphone

LS Performance uses the microphone only when you record a form-check video, so your coach can review your exercise technique. If your device does not require audio for form checks, microphone access is not requested.

Controlling Permissions

You can review, grant, or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission will prevent the related feature from working but will not affect the rest of the App.

10. Cookies & Analytics

The App may use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the App and to improve performance and functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 18 years of age without parental or guardian consent where permitted by law.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
